Adolf Bock (Berlin 1890 - Helsingborg 1968) - Artist


German Marine and veduta painter. B. was pupil of H. Bohrdt, thereafter he studied at the Berlin academy with a scholarship granted by the emperor. Since 1919 he lived and worked in Finland. He was among the few surviving passengers of the shipwreck of the Wilhelm Gustloff in 1945. Mus.: Berlin, Stockholm. Lit.: Vollmer.
