Augsburg 1695-1700. Silver, partly gilded, stamped with Augsburg assay mark and MM.: 'PW', zick zack line. On 3 spherical feet cylindrical body with cover and spherical finial. Chased pattern of 3 spherical cartouches with portrait medaillons of Cassius, Brutus und Casca Longus as well as with fruite garlands. Engraved crest. (Comp. Rosenberg, no. 194a, 613 and Seling, Die Kunst der Augsburger Goldschmiede 1529-1868, vol. III, no. 1573). Cover min. dam.
