Meissen, end of 19th cent. Bellied vase with tall trumpet neck and quatrefoil lobed wall. At both side gold-framed rocaille reserves on a bright blue underground, partly with flower painting. At the front a finely painted topographical view of Pillnitz Palace on board of the river Elbe. Crossed swords in u'glaze blue, incised '2783'. Min. rest. H. 31 cm.
