Mogens Vantore (Kopenhagen 1895 - Kopenhagen 1977) - Sell & Buy
Danish landscape and veduta painter. V. was a pupil of H. Thorsen and H. Grönvold. He emerged from the 1920s with freely painted landscapes and figures that show Derain's influence. He exhibited in Charlottenborg from 1922 and received a scholarship from the Copenhagen Academy in 1930. Mus.: Maribo. Lit.: Thieme-Becker, Vollmer, Weilbach.
