German painter and graphic artist. W. studied art history, german and dutch philology in Bamberg and Amsterdam from 1992 til 2000. Active as an artist since 2000 among others together in projects of the artist collective Monochrom. He won the Volker-Hinniger-Preis for contemporary art. He lives and works in Bamberg.
