Israeli sculptor a. painter. G. began studying at the Jerusalem academy in 1965, continued in Paris since 1966. He went to New York in 1968 a. to London in 1973. 1971 to 1985 he held a post as lecturer at the Jerusalem academy. Beginning with abstract paintings he also made many illustrations for children's books a. newspapers. Impressed by the works of F. Stelle he turned to metal sculpture since the mid 1980s.
