France, around 1820. A classical Empire Vase, with bronze, gilded and engraved, ebonised wood. White enamel dial, black arab. numerals, golden hands. Round pendulum movement, count wheel striking mechanism on bell on half and full hour, spring suspension (later added, formerly thread suspension). Small traces of age, small additions.
