Nancy, around 1925/30. Colourless glass, rose marbled, blue and violet flashing. Continous etching with motifs of the flowering columbine. Sign. 'ADELATTE * NANCY' (high etching). Min. chip. H. 19 cm. - French artist. 1921 foundation of the glass factory 'Les Verreries de l'Est SA' in Jarville near Nancy. Production of etched flashed glasses, especially with flower and landscape decor, competing with the manufactory Daum.
