Austria/ Bohemia, dated 1745. Walnut and root wood, plum as well as maple, engraved and brand shaded, tin inlays. Lower commode part with all together 6 drawers, above a hinged fall front enclosing various drawers, above a panelled door enclosing a fitted interior. All sides with fine marquetery with tin: door with marquetery of a canopy crowned men, fall front with marquetery of a gentleman on horseback with three-cornered hat and sword, drawers with chinoiserie. Fall front with inlaied dating 1745. Prof. rest., add., traces of age. H. 203 cm, w. 114 cm, d. 68 cm.
