Oil/wood, 62 x 92 cm, lo. ri. sign. Haerlin. - German painter, draughtsman a. sculptor. H. started studying in Bremen but moved to Leipzig in 1926 to study painting under H. Steiner. He couldn't paint for a long period due to a grave illness. In 1930 he moved to the Canaries, in 1936 he returned to Hamburg.
