China, 19th cent. (Qing-dynasty 1644-1911). Porcelain with polychrome painting. Tall hexagonal form on an elevated base with 2 side handles in the shape of animals at the neck. At the wall revolving depiction of 6 figures in very colourful costumes and partly in lively movement. Above at the neck reserves with Chinese charakters. The inner wall of the neck glazed in turquoise. Without mark. H. 35 cm.
