Berlin, end of 19th cent. Silver, marked "800". 2 party: tureen (MM.: "Brothers Friedlaender" and "M") and salver (MZ.: "V" for D. Vollgold & Sons). Tureen with cover and rocaille-shaped handles, decorated with textured and punched deor of c-scrolls, volutes, blossoms and foliage and also with cartouches, inside graving "Kaiser Wilhelm dem Sieger in der Grossen Hannoverschen steeple - chase" and "am 30. Juni 1889". Oval salver with decor of rocailles, volutes and latticework. Top with mirrow plate (Min. chip). Tureen inside with rest of gilding, h. 28 cm, 48 x 25 cm, weight. c. 3280 g. Min. dam.. H. 9 cm, 53 x 41 cm.
