With 38 brilliant- and rose-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.65 ct., White (H)-Tinted White (L), VS-Pique. Leverback set with an oval-cut ruby totaling approx. 2.85 ct. (approx. 8 x 6 x 3.3-3.7 mm, no indications of heating traceable). Attached is a silvery, creamy white cultured pearl of slightly varying teardrop shape (width approx. 7.7 and 8.3 mm, length approx. 17 mm). Minimal signs of wear.
