Meissen. Model using old molds, around 1870/80. Porcelain, colored and painted gold. Total height 52,5 cm. Crossed swords mark, model number 605. Professionally restored, chipped, fire cracks. Curved base with plastic flowers and scattered flowers, elaborately designed top with putti as allegories of the four seasons, oval basket top with openwork floral trellis and branch handles - German sculptor and modeller, educated at the Dresden Art Academy, 1849-1886 chief designer at the Meissen manufactory, one of the most productive modellers of historism.
