Modellnummern A100 - Z 300, page 330, catalogue number 643 - Philipp Lange, brother of sculptor Arthur Lange, studied at the School of Applied Arts in Dresden and worked at the Meissen manufactory from 1903 to 1911, becoming a modeler in 1911. He traveled to Holland in 1908 on behalf of the manufactory and settled in Japan after his time in Meissen. Lange created various Art Nouveau models, genre figures, and Dutch figures.

Vita:

Philipp Lange, brother of sculptor Arthur Lange, studied at the School of Applied Arts in Dresden and worked at the Meissen manufactory from 1903 to 1911, becoming a modeler in 1911. He traveled to Holland in 1908 on behalf of the manufactory and settled in Japan after his time in Meissen. Lange created various Art Nouveau models, genre figures, and Dutch figures.
