Meissener Künstler-Figuren. Modellnummern A100 - Z 300, page 458, catalogue number 918 - Oehler studied at the Dresden Academy under Georg Wrba and worked until 1914 for the Meissen Manufactory. He was a member of the Hamburg artist association and the German Künstlerverein and the German 'Werkbund'. He created numerous genre figures, children's figurines and animal figures.
