Tempera. 75 x 54,5 cm. Matted and framed under glass, uninspected out of frame. Lower left signed Peiner. - German artist. After serving the army in WW I P. studied at the Düsseldorf academy. He was made professor at the same academy in 1933, in 1936 he became member of the Preußischen Akademie der Künste.
