Elegant goblet shape on a flared, fluted base - Swedish designer and illustrator, studied at the Kunstfack art academy in Stockholm and at the State School of Applied Arts in Munich, became artistic director at Georg Jensen after the Second World War and founded the design company Bernadotte & Bjørn Industridesign A/S in 1950 with branches in New York and Stockholm. Bernadotte designed many silver objects and industrial products in modern Scandinavian design
