Convex shape with slightly flared rim - German ceramist and sculptor. 1912-13 study of drawing and modeling, then training by Henry van de Velde at the State School of Applied Arts in Weimar, from 1918 sculptor class of Richard Engelmann at the Grand Duchy of Saxony School of Fine Arts Weimar.
