In millegriffes setting 28 diamonds in old, 8/8 and round brillant cut in total approx. 1,30 ct. White(H)-Slightly Tinted White(J).VS-P. 4 small round brillant cut bezel set diamonds added. Each with one round creme coloured cultured pearl (w. approx. 6 mm).
