Copenhagen. Around 1930. Sterling silver, marked, MM: Evald Nielsen. Round, simple stand, short shaft with decorative grooves, elegantly swinging body with elaborately designed, openwork handles with integrated beads and grape decoration. H. 12.5 cm, l. 32 cm, weight approx. 1054 g - Danish silversmith, initially trained as a printer and steel engraver, working as a silversmith and engraver in his own workshop from 1905. High artistic standards and high quality characterize his works, which can be found in prominent museums such as the Moma in New York or the Bröhan Museum in Berlin
