Marked Cassina LC 4 Le Corbusier No. 50267. Traces of usage. Iconic and timeless chaise longue with adjustable reclining surface - Le Corbusier and his cousin Pierre Jeanneret worked together on furniture designs from an early stage. Le Corbusier's idea was to create economical and functional furnishings. Charlotte Perriand joined the studio at the end of 1927 and they designed various types of furniture together. The Chaise Longue LC4, designed in 1928, and the Fauteuil Grand Confort LC2 became design classics of the 20th century.
