The filigree openwork, mystical-looking 'Mountain of Crosses' is reminiscent of the popular pilgrimage site in Lithuania, which became a political symbol against the communist rule of the Soviets in Lithuania - Polish architect and sculptor, after studying at the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical University of Gdansk, has worked as a freelance artist since 1962. He has decorated numerous sacred interiors in Poland and created works for public spaces, numerous solo and group exhibitions in Hanover, Aachen, Lille, Thionville, Dijon and Cannes, among others.
