Behl 2001. - German draughtsman, graphic artist and object artist, a representative of Concrete Art, studied at the Pädagogische Hochschule in Alfeld and at the Werkkunstschule in Hanover from 1961-64, worked as a school teacher and as a lecturer in art education at the Pädagogische Hochschule Kiel, and from 1980 developed covered paper objects, which form an extensive part of his oeuvre, participated in the Venice Biennale in 1995.
