Probably on the occasion of his elevation to the peerage in 1907, the banker Maximilian Heinrich von Schinckel, born in Hamburg in 1849, received this brooch from Kaiser Wilhelm II. - Crimson coloured translucid enamel, the 'F' and the crown with 30 rose cut diam. and 4 round cut sapphires. Reverse side compartment behind framed glass. Needle clasp added. With hook can be worn as hanger as well. 46 x 32 mm, weight approx. 22 g.
