(approx. 4,5 x 4 mm) with 6 cremecoloured, partly unround shaped natural pearls and 51 rose cut diam. Can be worn as a pendant as well. 3 rose cut diam. missing, 1 pearl imitation and 1 pearl added, small traces of age. -
