Designed 1907, made by Wiener Keramik, 1907-12. Ceramic, light-coloured body, colour-glazed, gilded. On the bottom company mark of Wiener Keramik, 'MP' and '161' (old adhesive label). Min. abrasion of the gilding, crack in the area of the flower garland. H. 25 cm. - Austrian ceramic designer and sculptor, received his training at the Vienna School of Applied Arts, among others, and founded Wiener Keramik in 1906. Besides his figural ceramics, which were shown at numerous international exhibitions, he also received public commissions for art. In addition to his figural ceramics, which were shown at numerous international exhibitions, he also received public commissions for art in architecture.
