H. 23 cm. - Provenance: Formerly collection Fritz van Ankum/Imme Reich-van Ankum, owner of Galería Arabal, Alicante. - Danish sculptor and ceramicist, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, first worked as a ceramicist and since the 1970s has mainly created humorous animal sculptures. Since 1988, the artist has lived and worked in Spain; his works are represented in renowned European museums and in public spaces, including the bronze group 'Guldgåsen' from 1992 on the Schlossplatz, Winsen / Luhe.
