Richard Luksch (Wien 1872 - Hamburg 1936) - Sell & Buy
Sculptor and ceramist. After studying at the Munich Art Academy and working for Matthias Gasteiger, Luksch moved 1910 to Vienna and had once been married to Russian painter and sculptor Elena Luksch-Makowsky, 1904/05 accession to the Wiener Sezession, 1907 appointment to the Hamburger Kunstgewerbeschule, from 1910 as professor for design and sculpture with a dominant influence on the sculpture and arts and crafts in Hamburg.
