N. studied at the Tyler Art School as well as at the London academy. Since the early 60s he developed his repertoire of subjects with organic forms. His huge studio in New York developed into a gathering place for prominent contemporary artists like A. Warhol, R. Rauschenberg, R. Indiana, J. Johns a. many others.
