Tibet, early 20th cent. Copper bronze, partially firegilt, polychrome and cold painting, stone applications. Aureole, umbrella and lower half of the lotus base separatly cast and detachable. Cundi, 'Mother of the 7 millions buddhas' is presented with 18 arms with different attributes and 'mudras' symbolizing the various pathes to enlightenment. Seated in 'dhanya mudra' on a lotus base, framed by an aureole, finial gilt umbrella. Sealed. H. 53,5 cm.
