In front button shaped pearl (probably natural pearl, colour creme-rosé, slight non-round diameter approx. 6,3 - 6,5 mm, h. approx. 5 mm), on the side one old cut diam. approx. 1 ct. I.vvs. (slight non-round diameter approx. 6-6,1 mm, h. 3.80 mm). The sides with 8 small old cut diam. in total approx. 0,30 ct. H-L.vvs-si. Size 60/61, weight approx. 3 g.
