China, 19th cent. (Qing-dynasty 1644-1911). Brown hard-wood, carved. Cylindrical body with moulded rim. At the front of the wall a large relief with Shoulao, the god of longevity, under a pine tree. 2 accompanying persons with deer and crane. Verso inscription with Chinese characters. H. 15,5 cm.
