Malerei und grafische Arbeiten, 2010, p. 42s - Versatile German landscape and figure painter, trained at the Hanau drawing acadamy and apprenticeship as goldsmith, member of the Hamburger Künstlerverein, in 1927/28 he exhibited with the Hamburg secession, 1930 first of numerous travels to Norway, all of his works were destroyed in WW II, in 1950 he became member of the Hamburgische Künstlerschaft.
