China, beg. of 20th cent. (Republic period). Porcelain with light green glaze and fine relief. Revolving decoration with 4 reserves with polychrome paintings of landscape and animal motifs, each inscribed (e.g. 'Zhongnan '仲南' and Bishan '碧珊') and with artists' seals. The neck with handles in the shape of elephant heads. Manufactory mark ('Jiangxi Ciye Gongsi'). H. 33 cm.
