H. 32,5 cm, w. 34 cm, d. 12,5 , marble plinth h. 3 cm (broken). - German sculptor, studied at the Academies in Berlin and Düsseldorf, took part in the Great Exhibitions in Berlin and Munich, stay in Rome, lecturer in Königsberg, professor at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Kassel. His extensive work contains various public projects, especially architectural sculpture in Berlin, a main field of his work was the design of portrait heads.
