Oil/copper, 20 x 25,5 cm, some rest. - Provenance: Private collection Sweden. - German history and landscape painter. After being taught painting in the studio of H. Donauer in Munich R. travelled to Italy around 1590 with a scholarship of Duke Wilhelm V. In Rome he made friends with J. Brueghel and P. Bril. Since 1606 he lived in Augsburg.
