Meissen, around 1732-35. Porcelain. On the front side in a quatrefoil cartouche an oriental Kauffahrtei scene, on the reverse side a domestic landscape with riders and a horse-drawn carriage. Inside a Kauffahrtei scene in purple monochrome. Crossed swords mark, gold painter's letter 'B' and Dreher's mark of Johann Gottlieb Kühnel Sen. (active in the manufactory since 1732).
