Oil/canvas, 50 x 60,5 cm, retouchings, relined. - The artist balances the austere and simple composition by the wavy arrangement of the fruits. Despite the distinct contrast of light and dark the surfaces of the grapes are velvety and soft. - Still life painter, one of the main exponents of Italian baroque still life painting. His name derived from the New York Acquavella gallery where one of his paintings was sold. The identity of the artist is not known to this day.
