Meissen, end of 19th cent. In the centre emblem of the Knights and Ladies of the Garter with motto. Among the cobaltblue rim a stylized monogram under a crown. Probably part of a larger service to honour the nomination of King Albert of Saxonia to Knight of the Garter (1882). Crossed swords in u"glaze blue with pommel. Diam. 23 cm.
