Siebelist, was initially trained by L. von Kalckreuth a. studied thereafter at the Hamburg Landeskunstschule under J. Wohlers, on his numerous travels through Europe he was most impressed by the work of A. Gaudi, in 1945 he joined the re-founded Hamburg secession, 1947-52 he was teacher at the Hamburg "Baukreis". - Mus.: Hamburg (Kunsthalle) u.a. - Lit.: Vollmer, Der Neue Rump, Heydorn, Frenzel "Kunst am Bau" (1959), Weimar in: Ausst.-Kat.
