St. Petersburg, 1908-17. Silver, gilded and marked "88", MM.: "AM", master from Finnland, came 1852 to St. Petersburg, manufactured in his own workshop amongst others various pieces for Fabergé. Blue translucent enamel on wood with floral applications, decorated with 42 small rose cut diam. and 2 small ruby cabochons. Verso setting for setting up, dial with gold coloured roman numerals, blue hands, labelled "Swiss Made" and "8 Day". (Comp. Verzeichnis d. russ. Gold- u. Silbermarken, no. 1941). With original box, run capable. H. 11 cm, w. 8,3 cm.
