Paris, c. 1740. Wood, decorated with redbrown marbled tortoiseshell and gilded bronze and brass mounting and enemal. In front tag "Thuret a Paris" and platine verso marked "Thuret a Paris". Behind glass the dial, gilded and engraved with 12 enemal cushions, roman and arabian numerals in blue, strike on half and full hour on bell. Pendulum and key. Due to age small traces of use. H. with crowning figure 82 cm, w. 35 cm, H. of console 30 cm, w. 37 cm.
