Tegtmeier, titled and inscribed, in the block dat. 19, matted and framed under glass, uninspected out of frame. - German painter and graphic artist. T. studied at the Hamburg Kunstgewerbeschule under J. Wohlers and E. Düllberg since 1918. He worked as art teacher. In 1942 he became professor at the Kunsthochschule Bremen.
