Tibeto-Chinese, 18th/19th cent. Full-cast bronze, partially with copper patina, firegilt details with finely chiselled decor of tendrils, polychrome stone applications. Relaxed sitting posture of a prince, in his left hand holding a lotos twig, the hair crown adorned with a miniature of Amitabha, the head surrounded by a mandorla (small crack). Some losses of stone applications. H. 33 cm, wooden lotos base (minor chips) h. 11 cm. -
