Lübbers, on the reverse inscribed Gaunö No. 1662. - Marine painter, trained in Viborg, at the Aarhus drawing academy a. at the Copenhagen academy from 1879-81, as early as 1881 he was awarded a prize for one of his paintings, numerous exhibitions, some of his paintings are in the royal Danish collection.
