Around 1900. Bronze with brown patina, figure h. 22 cm, white marble base h. 2 cm, 37,5 x 15 cm, signed 'J Pradier' and with Susse Frères foundry stamp. - The marble original from 1851 is in the Musée d'Orsay in Paris, where Sappho is depicted seated with lyre and on the rock.
