China, 19th cent. (Qing-dynasty 1644-1911). Carved ivory. Rectangular plaque with a very fine plastical relief at the front (very min. chipped). Including swelling foliage with blossoming peonies, chrysanthemum and small flowers. Each 6,5 x 9 cm.
