China, 19th cent. (Qing-dynasty 1644-1911). Porcelain with polychrome painting. Very large vase with side handles and domed cover. Rich decoration with riding warriors in landscape. A sculptural lion as cover handle. At the shoulder a grid border with Taoist symbols. The cover similar with Buddhist symbols. Six-character Kangxi-mark at the wall. H. 104 cm.
