Meissen, end of 19th cent. Delightful painted figurine of cupid standing at the grindstone and sharpening his arrow, on a rocaille-base. A typical example of Ringlers popular Cupid-figurines. Crossed swords in u"glaze blue with pommel, incised "C62". Restored. H. 11,5 cm.
